Today is Jonah's first birthday. He handled it beautifully. Waking from a nap to a house full of people didn't shake him at all. He also didn't mind sharing his gifts with his cousins. And, best of all, he thoroughly enjoyed his first piece of cake.
It's hard not to compare Jonah to his brother, especially since they're so different. Elliott is intense, extremely sensitive, and a worrywart. Jonah is relaxed and laughs easily. He's simply a happier human being, taking everything in stride.Happy first birthday to our happy boy!
