Papa Down

Emily and Mike and grandsons barely got out the door before papa was stricken with the bug. As I understand it, stomach viruses are extremely contagious. Certainly our family is proving that to be true. The only help I can offer is reminding Jim that it only lasts 24-30 hours.

I'm so happy I recovered in time for us to host Christmas Eve. Everyone seemed to have a good time, especially the boys. I believe the Harry Potter trunk and robe will end up being Elliott's favorite gifts :-)

And to make the day extra special, we got a nice snowfall throughout the day. It's so beautiful outside and a nice gift.
