I'm happy to say I finished the tree this morning. Once I set a "plan of attack," it went pretty quickly.

Then, this afternoon, I made turkey stock with the carcass and skin from the turkey and turkey breast I cooked for Thanksgiving. I'll freeze the stock and use it for the turkey stew I make for Christmas Eve lunch. I use Ina Garten's Chicken Pot Pie recipe, but don't do the pastry top. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
Isn't it odd how different things can look with or without flash? Both ways your tree looks great, though.
