It was tough getting out of bed this morning. It stormed throughout the night and more rain is expected today. At 7:00 A.M. it was still dark and cool, which is great sleeping weather.
The weather seems to be having a similar affect on Jonah and Rupert. Jonah usually goes down for his first nap at 8:30 A.M., but this morning it was 7:50 A.M. Rupert normally takes his 3-4 hour morning cat nap on our bed. But today he couldn't make it to the bedroom and is sleeping on the couch next to me.
I've been doing a lot of garden and yard work over the past 7-10 days. As a result, many indoor chores have been neglected. Today will be good for catching up. That is if I can talk myself off the couch!
